Avviso del 03/04/23 - Law as Science Inaugural WINIR Young Scholars Workshop 2023

Law as Science is thrilled to announce their first partnership with WINIR (World Interdisciplinary Network for Institutional Research) for the call for abstracts directed to doctoral candidates within the theme of Technology and Society.

Call for abstracts
This call for abstracts invites submissions that interrogate interdisciplinary perspectives, embracing different aspects such as: Society and Institutions; Web3 and Institutions; Technology and Trust; as well as Sustainability and Technology, among others.

Ph.D. scholars in economics, law, sociology, anthropology, development studies, and other related disciplines are encouraged to apply. You should currently be enrolled in a Ph.D. or doctoral research program. Successful applicants will be invited to present their research online to an audience of peers and senior scholars and receive constructive conceptual and methodological critique.

Submissions
Participants must submit an abstract of no more than 500 words, indicating 3 to 5 keywords, and a short bio that includes their discipline and institution.
Accepted abstracts will be presented virtually on the WINIR Zoom platform on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
Submissions from the Global South will receive particular attention.
Submissions should be sent using this form, and any questions or concerns should be directed to youngscholars@winir.org.

Deadline: Friday, April 21, 2023.
Successful applicants will be notified by Friday, May 5, 2023.
