Dove e quando
Imperia Campus of Genoa University, 6-8 September 2023
The EUSPACE Summer School is a multi-disciplinary project financed for the years 2019-2022 by the European Union, Erasmus Plus Jean Monnet Programme, through the SPACE4U Jean Monnet Chair, that aims at giving an analysis of the current main legal and technical issues related to the intervention of the European Union in space. The Professors of Genoa University wish to continue to provide students and young professionals with specialised learning despite the end of the EU project.
The venue will be the town of Imperia, located on Italy’s north-western coast, easily reachable via Genoa or Nice airports and home to a University Campus where the event will take place from 6th September to 8th September 2023.
The initiative aims to attract researchers and young professionals in law, political science, economics and engineering, as well as doctoral and post doctoral students dealing with the space sector. Precisely the participation is opened to those who have attended at least a three years’ study university course in the above-mentioned topics or related areas.
Students who will attend at least 80% of the lessons will be provided with an attendance certificate by the organisation.
The speakers will be academics from the University of Genoa and other universities as well as operators in the field of space industries and institutions (please have a look to the past editions of the course in order to know more about the speakers)
The participation to the summer school does not request the payment of a fee, although the cost for the accommodation is totally upon the participants. We decided to have this edition totally in presence at the Imperia Campus, and in order to allow people to participate despite their professional and academic engagements we decided to organize 3 full days of lectures instead of 5 (hours 9-18).
Registration to the summer school is needed by proper registration on the website www.eu-space.eu, before July 21st, at 12.00 (Rome time). Only 30 applications will be accepted.
