 WEATHER EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
Orders and resolutions relating to meteorological and hydrological emergency as well as to wind alert are the following:
Resolution of the Regional Council No 1057 of 05/10/2015
Mayor's Order No. 376/2015 of 27/10/2015,
Mayor's Order No. 9/2016 of 01/11/2016,
Mayor's Order No. 13/2016 of 14/01/2016.

YELLOW WEATHER AND HYDROLOGIC ALERT
No measure to be adopted by the University. Please see the rules on self-protection provided by the Municipal Emergency Plans. Everyone is required to keep him/herself informed, also through the media, on possible weather developments as well as on possible subsequent warnings of weather alert 
 
ORANGE WEATHER AND HYDROLOGIC ALERT
Measure to be applied for the entire duration of the orange weather alert, as issued by the Civil Protection section of the Liguria Region in area B (offices of Genoa and Savona):
The suspension concerns exclusively the teaching activities (if any) taking place at the University building named “ex-Sutter" and the classroom located in the basement of the “Polo didattico” in Genoa, Via delle Fontane. In particular:
lectures delivered within any kind of course,
laboratory activities similar to lectures,
group reviews,
exams,
graduation exams,
conferences, presentations, openings, etc.
No measure is to be adopted in case of orange weather alert with reference to A and C areas (Villa Hanbury, Imperia, S. Margherita, Chiavari and La Spezia).

RED WEATHER AND HYDROLOGIC ALERT
Measure to be applied for the entire duration of the red weather alert, as issued by the Civil Protection section of the Liguria Region: every teaching activity taking place within the alert area is suspended, in particular all lectures, regular courses, PhD , specialization etc., didactic hikes, even if programmed, regardless of whether they include regions not affected by the alert, 
laboratory activities similar to lectures, 
group reviews, exams, graduation exams, conferences, presentations, openings etc., deadlines for applications, enrollments, registrations, participation in competitions etc.
All University activities open to the public (such as libraries, computer labs, etc.) are suspended.
