Soft Skills are abilities everybody uses to interact with her/his surroundings.These skills influence study and work styles and strongly influence individual and collective outcomes.

This is why they are increasingly important and are widely sought after and valued by institutions, organizations, and companies of all types and sizes.

The Erasmus+ DISCOM Project, Development of Interdisciplinary skills for cooperation and conflict management, developed by the Department of Law of the University of Genoa with five European partners (Turiba University - Latvia, University of Graz - Austria, Mykolas Romeris University - Lithuania, Jagiellonian University, Poland, the Netherlands Business Academy -Holland) has produced a complete soft skills development kit dedicated to teachers and students and including a book, in-depth materials, exercises, and also a mobile application.

This event, presenting the Project toolkit, is intended for teachers, professionals and anyone interested in improving and having improved skills in conflict diagnosis, management and resolution, time management, teamwork and intercultural communication.
